Trellistry is a small team building the structure behind people-centred work. We are growing carefully, with roles that start part-time and grow as the company does.
Trellistry is Christian-founded. Our leadership culture is shaped by service, stewardship, dignity, truthfulness and the way Jesus developed his disciples: close mentoring, real responsibility, patience with growth and honest feedback. People of any faith or none are equally respected here, and hiring and progression rest on role, capability, contribution and culture fit. We hope the people who work with us see those values lived out in how we run the company. Faith is invited.
We deliberately open roles to university students and interns. Everyone gets real work in a live product, a named supervisor, regular life and career coaching, and a clear record of what they built. Work fits around your studies.
Our leadership development draws on the Serving Leader model from World Serving Leaders, in which our Executive Chairman is a certified trainer.
We design roles that people with different abilities, including people with special needs, can do well, and we welcome applications from everyone.
Early roles are paid from customer-funded project work, agreed in writing before the work starts. As recurring revenue becomes predictable, roles move to retainers and then salaries. We will always tell you exactly what we can afford now and what has to happen next.
