For option 3, what drives the range: hardware specification, number of workflows integrated, and governance requirements. Maintenance is included from day one, never sold as an uncosted one-off.
Every tier carries defined allowances (transcription hours, model class, monthly credits, concurrent users, storage, support level). We don't offer unlimited anything — it protects capacity for everyone sharing the infrastructure.

What S$3,500 covers. The price is for a whole organisation: our training team rather than a single trainer, a scoping session before the day, and a review session afterwards. Both sessions are included, because a workshop nobody revisits is a good afternoon and no change. Training a smaller group? Ask for a separate quote — an eight-person team shouldn't pay organisation rates.
We run training and design workshops for organisations that never license our software. No automatic subscription credit attaches to any service fee.

In one organisation, the administrative team supporting this work went from ten people to three. The same work simply needs fewer people on it now.
We're not the cheapest people database, and we won't pretend to be. Flat-rate church-management products start at around US$72–79/month for unlimited users, and entry-level products start under US$15/month. If a membership database is genuinely all you need, buy one of those — we'll tell you so ourselves. What those products don't include is coordination on the messaging channel your people already use, private AI, design work, training, and Singapore governance fit. That's the comparison worth making.
Our inference infrastructure is already built and running, so we aren't renting GPU capacity per seat like every managed AI workspace. It's a cost structure, not a promotional discount we'll claw back later.
